Live from the Field: Global Change

Join us for a chat with researchers and professors to find out who they are, how they got interested in this field, and learn about their work on global change: How do dolphins near the Smithsonian Tropical Research Institute’s Bocas del Toro Marine Station in Panama communicate in a noisy habitat? What can turning rocks tell us about land-use change impacts on animals living in a rock outcrop in India? And how can this content be implemented for an undergraduate Biodiversity course in the U.S.?

You’ll also be introduced to an open-access, online resource library of learning modules in tropical ecology. Instructor resources available. This event is a collaboration between OCELOTS and The Virtual Field
