Field Research Centre: Site 3 Autumn 2022 – Heathland

This video was made in the typical heathland schrubs of the Higher Campine area in Limburg, Belgium. This site, Mechelse Heide, is in the centre of the National Park Hoge Kempen in the east of Belgium. During August-September the heathland shows its purple beauty with its specific fauna and flora.
